Music players

Hello!

I'm looking for a list of items in NH that play music from either albums or maybe instruments. I have just a basic tape deck right now as I am not too far into the game.
I remember there was an item in NL where you could use a giant clam to make a music box, and it would play songs in that version which was cute. I was wondering if that item is in NH (or coming in DLC), or if there was something similar like an actual music box. Since some of you guys have the companion guide, maybe there is a better idea of what items are actually in the game now Anyway, thanks for the help!
