Mushrooms and flowers in the winter?

What happens to the mushrooms, flowers and fruit on the trees in winter. Should I bring in my flowers and mushrooms or will the last the winter?

Flowers and Fruit are unaffected by the winter. As for mushrooms, those are fall only.

Well that's good to know about the fruit and flowers, but are you saying that mushrooms can only be outside in the fall. I want to use the many mushrooms I found from my stumps and from the month of november to decorate my town as I do with my flowers, trees, bushes ect. So will my mushrooms die or disappear if they are outside in any season besides fall?

I believe you will still get the special mushrooms by the special tree stumps though. It's December and I just got a Famous Mushroom today near one of my special tree stumps.

Yeah, I found a tall mushroom by one of my stumps yesterday, but I am really more concerned about what will happen to the mushrooms during winter more than if I will find them during winter. Winter starts around the 21st, so I want to know if I have to bring my already found mushrooms inside, to avoid losing them to winter or will they last forever outside?

I don't think mushrooms die when they're outside during the winter. They're essentially like items that can be dropped anywhere.

I don't believe anything is effected by winter. I don't think weeds will disappear either.
