should i let her? i know she's fairly popular here but i have no idea how much she is worth as a tier 2 villager, i am new here, please help me decide. is anyone you know really looking for her & will give her a nice home?

Muffy "can" be popular. It all depends on the demand. There doesn't seem to be much demand for her now. Though she went through this "hype" a few months back, and I saw her selling for 50M at some point. I know, crazy price. I would take the "Tier list" with a grain of salt. It's not a rule/law, it's just a guide and should be used as such. The tier system is constantly outdated, as prices change all the time depending on demand. Just keep that in mind.
