Moving watered flowers?

Hi, can I move flowers I want watered by visitors closer to the airport and then back again after watered without losing the bonus water effect? Thanks

I don't know if you found the answer already, but the flowers will lose the watering bonus from visitors if you move them

that's pretty disappointing. I've received flowers from other islands and they were still sparkling when they were moved to my island so I figured it would work the same
