Can villagers still ask to move if you have 9 in your town?
I am supposed to be adopting in 2 villagers later tonight from some people, but don't want to keep them waiting more than I already have to move out someone
If i move out 1 villager to have 9 in my town, can I still get someone else to move?

Also with 9 villagers, no villagers will randomly move in right?
Has to be from a void or asking or campsite?

Villagers can move no matter what. And if you try to adopt two villagers in one day, only one will move in as the other move in request will basically be wiped out by the game.

And no, no villagers will randomly move in with 9 villagers, unless you pick up someone from the void or your campsite.

Yes I know the rule for trying to pick up more than one villager in a day, luckily I never learned the hard way.
But thank you!
I have never had less than 9 villagers>.<

Yeah, villagers will still try and move if you have nine, but just not as rapidly as if you were to have ten. You can't get a tenth villager randomly, you have to invite them.

Not as rapidly?
So they won't be asking every 4 days like they do when I have 10 villagers?
