Moving Villagers Question

So I have 10 villagers, and someone is in boxes. If someone comes to my town and the villager in boxes moves out, can invite another villager to move in?

Keep in mind this is all happening in one day. I street passed 6 people today, and I don't want to get a random moving in X__X

If you mean that you can do that all in one day, then no, it's impossible in one in-game day to do all of that.

While you can't invite somebody in, you CAN get a Streetpass move-in. It's happened to me and some other people, and it sucks. :/
