Moving someone out after someone just moved in?

Someone just moved in, they had their plot yesterday and thoday they're just in their house.

Will anyone ask to leave while this process is happening? Or will they ask to leave tomorrow when the new resident leaves their house?

one could possibly still tell you about them moving today, but they shouldn't be in boxes the very next day (from my experience) so you should be fine if you're just worried about that happening
