Moving question

My town is about a month behind and I'd like to skip to the current date in one go. Of course this means no one can be thinking of moving so I don't lose any villagers. My 10th villager just moved in and is unboxing now, and I was wondering if a villager is moving in, no one can be thinking of moving?

I thought that too; I ended up losing Ankha. *wince* But I'm almost done with her cycle.

Those are two separate things; villagers may or may not want to move regardless of who (& when) someone is moving in. But as soon as you find the next one that wants to move & stop it, then take a leap anywhere!

I think the safest way to take it in one skip is to find a villager who is asking about moving, say no (or yes if you don't want them), and then TT in one shot on the same day. I think this is a safe way, but I'm not 100% sure.

If a 10th villager just moved in, most likely one of your villagers has an urge to me. Like another person said, just TT one day ahead at a time, see if any pings you to move, tell them no, then give it a shot to TT a month ahead. It's a 50/50 chance.
