So on friday, one of the wrong villagers wanted to move so i skipped another day without savingbecause someone else will have it, but it was the bug off.. tomorrow will someone still have it or will i lose my progress?

Once and forever
no one will ask to leave on a day with an event, like bug off, or when kk is there. So I think the day after the bug off kk will be playing, so no one will ask to leave, but if you check the day after that someone should have a thought bubble. The events and kk do not reset the cooling off period though.

After the update I feel like my moving out schedule is all different or something changed, any one else?

I have not noticed anything (Though I am not in a hurry to move out villagers i generally shift the move out bubble daily - do not always go out of my way to find it everyday though)
but I heard that possibly if you have Sanrio villagers there could be an additional wait for a villager with a move out bubble.
