Moving out villagers

I've been trying to move out Zucker by doing the time travel method and all my other villagers have requested to move out apart from Zucker any tips on how to get round this would be appreciated!~

Is he your most recent villager? They can be very difficult to move out. I've never been able to do it, always assumed it was a feature in the game but apparently other people have managed it so it must be possible.
If he's not your most recent, what method of tt'ing are you using? And have you built up a high friendship with him or just never spoken to him? Sometimes villagers do become anchored and it can take a while for them to ask. That happened with Lolly, she moved eventually but it took everybody in my town asking twice (some multiple times) before she pinged

There are so many methods, and it really depends on how you want to approach it. I typically TT one day at a time until I get a ping for someone to move. If he refuses to move out, I suggest trying to get your friendship with him really high by daily interactions, doing his requests when possible and sending him letters. I've found that this method worked best for me for the stubborn ones although Freya did give me a run for my money for 3 years, she would ping and when I said bye, she would say something along the lines of wanting to be better friends with me lol.

It's annoying because I've been like two months into the future and he hasn't moved and I also tried the two day one too thanks!~ I think I might try the friendship one now~

It never dawned on me to send letters!!!! I've been DYING to get rid of Ken and I talk to him a lot and try to complete his requests (but the jerk keeps asking for perfect fruit (I have none) and bugs that are out of season) IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! he won't budge ughhhhh.
