moved out villagers in TIY?!?!??!

ok, so about a month ago i lost Benjamin in a TTing accident and i was a little upset about that, but just now i went into TIY and BENJAMIN WAS THERE!!! is there a way to get him back into my town?

sometimes, villagers that have moved out will occasional visit main street. it doesn't mean they are planning on moving back into your town or anything - it's just random.

after you have had 16 villagers move out after benjamin has moved out, benjamin can move in again.

ya, so i have to wait till 16 move out after the same villager can move back ,makes sense. thanks!!
