Move player to another town

Has anyone taken his player to move to another town? I wonder, if the player moves with all their belongings, with your home as it does, the items in the closet .... or if instead, something is lost.

Any information will be useful to me.

My brother moved his character to his new copy and he took all of his stuff from my town.

I started the game as a second player in my sister's town, actually! Then eventually we got sick of sharing a town and I got my own D.S. and my own game. I was able to move my player out of my sister's town and onto my new game as the mayor. I was able to take my house, everything in my drawers and pockets, saved letters and all of my badges and encyclopedias. It was totally worth it!

Do you mean the 'move in' option thing? I haven't tried it because I hate digital copies, but might give it a go, lol.

You will take everything with you if you move out/in to another town. Includes house upgrades, storage items, and your progress

I didn't know that , does that include your whole town or just your player?

Cause I saw someone do that but only transferring from a handheld copy to a digital
