Move-ins during the bug off?

Hello! Today (friday) I invited O'Hare to come and live in my town. I was planning on timetraveling to tomorrow (saturday) so I can plot-reset and stuff. Then I realized the bug-off is tomorrow. Do animals move in during events like this? Should I timetravel to sunday instead?

Villagers move in 2-4 days after you invite them in?

Usually when I invite animals they move in the day after .__.

It varies from whether you invite campsite villagers in or villagers from another town.

Just to be safe, reset the next day and look for the plot.

I think they do. In my experience when I plot reset I'm pretty sure I plot reset on bug offs and fish offs

I've had move-ins on holidays before. So I think you should be good.

Yeah, holidays don't normally disturb move ins, you should be good.

My villager always tend to move the day after. I'm plot resetting right now and they do still move in on bugoff i believe

I had a villager move OUT on Toy Day. I'm sure they will move in on all days. I believe I've had a move in on toy day while cycling also

Few days ago I was plot resetting for Erik and it was Festivale event day in my town, so yes. C:

Hope it won't take forever for you to plot reset... I recently spent hours resetting for Felicity... Ughh xD
