obviously theres julian the only unicorn, than drago the only dragon.. and pheonix is like a fire pheonix.. any other villagers like this?? Oh yeah coco the gyroid....
 
Phoebe the phoenix, Julia the peacock, Flora the flamingo, Erik is the only one with antlers, Lopez being an antilope, Tangy is a piece of fruit. Stitches is a stitched teddybear. Tasha is a skunk. Merengue is a rhinocake. Don't know any other so far but there are a lot more.

Oh yes there is mammoth but I can't remember the name. (Edit: Tucker)

Edit2: tia the teapot shaped elephant. Lucky the mummy, Boone is the only babboon, Coco the coconut, Zucker is some Japanese food thingy, Hopkins is a blow-up bunny (look at the back of his head), Pietro is a clown and Zell is a Gazelle.

Judy obviously has a very unique design with the starry eyes and pastel color scheme.

Clay also has a very unique design as he literally looks like a hamster made out of clay lol.
 
I looooove unique villagers, some of them are heavily themed so will not please everyone but it's very cool to have them around.

Anabelle (pagolin), Ankha (pharaoh), Clay (pottery), Coco (gyroid), Drago (dragon), Flora (flamingo), Hans (yeti), Julian (unicorn), Kabuki (japanese theater actor), Knox/Sterling (knights), Kyle (hyena), Lucky (mummy), Marcel (mime), Merengue (cake), Papi (okapi), Phoebe (phoenix), Pietro (clown), Raddle (doctor), Raymond (business man), Ribbot/Sprocket (robots), Snake (ninja), Stitches (teddy bear), Tangy (orange), Tia (teapot), Tucker (mammoth), Zucker (takoyaki)...

Kyles a hyena?!!?! I knew there was somthing up with him...
 
From the top of my head other unique ones I feel are Pietro (only clown?), Coco (spooky but unique), Stitches (literally stitched together), Merengue (strawberry horn/pastry chef vibes). They are either themed or really don't look like anyone else in the game!

Yes his Japanese name refers a lycaon, and you can see his fur is exactly like this :
