I find Toon Link to be very good character, if he is played the right way that is.

ROB's quite high tier, he's literally Hoo hah v2 lmao

That's odd. I've only ever seen people play as him once, and I've done like hundreds of battles.

Underrated? None of them are really underrated, there are a lot of under-used characters though.

If I had to pick an underrated character it would probably be either Zelda or Villager

A lot of people like me, played the ever loving crap out of villager back during the early days of the 3DS demo and the actually game, but over time...we kinda stop playing as him.

When it comes to underrated fighters, I think it would be Jigglypuff, but in actuality I think its Dark Pit. While I do agree its a stupid clone to add in the game, he's pretty much a somewhat powerful pit, and it works in my book.

I would say Lucas, but people are probably using him a lot as he just was released as DLC. Ness is definitely a unnoticed powerhouse though...

Robin. I see no one use him online, but I do really well with him. I think he's really balanced too because his projectiles are actually limited. I mainly started being him because his style is fun/unique to play.
