Most recently moved in Villager can't ask to leave?!

I am afraid you will need a lot of luck on that. There's one way that I know. I read somewhere that you can transfer the "thought bubble" to another villager that you want to move. However, it will exclude the villager who just recently moved in which is the main concern of thread starter.

oh... lucy is my most recent move in, rip. I guess I will have to kick coco, get pietro, and then kick lucy? : P

I can only share you this thread here. Friendship does affect the chance of a villager asking to move.
