That's a very decent price. I mean, I get the point of paying an entry fee if that means you won't be in a queue, but if there's going to be a queue anyway...

Actually I'd just take the longer queue, it's not like you can't do anything while you wait

I actually try not goto foreign island for turnips. Since I TT quite a bit I visit Nook on tuesdays and use turnip prophet to set the price in the AM then TT to where the possible large spike is until I hit it. I use my gf's island for daisy mae and have her trap near the airport.

I was really tired of being poor with the katana dup glitch happened and when i started TT.

I paid a pretty hefty amount for star fragments at one point. It was when I was fairly new to the forum and I didn't really care about tbt at the time #regrets I can't remember how much it came out to, but I know it almost wiped me clean of tbt.

Oh yeah I sell star fragments from time to time because I love wishing on stars but I don’t really use star furniture. They sell for a ton at bulk.

Earlier on I bought Poppy for I believe 3.5 million bells. Other than her, I think the most I spent was like 150tbt for the crescent moon chair recipe.
Celeste doesn't like giving me the recipes I'm looking for.

Sold: Raymond for 500 NMT

I once sold 25 mush lamps on Nookazon for 4 million bells. Just crazy prices on there. It enabled me to buy a second house though haha!

I always grind/farm for my items so I don't usually buy stuff apart from spending 13 NMT to catalogue some variations of kitchen island, car bed and probably a few more items. As for items sold, does villager count? I sold Raymond 2 times for 600 NMT each. I did not set anything and both buyer offered the same price on different occasions.

I was gifted Raymond by a generous bell tree forumer - they hadn't asked nor wanted anything in return but I sent them pretty much all my TBT's at the time which was around 120ish.... I think! But as it's not a sale probably doesn't count.

In that case probably would be an in game purchase. Despite doing quite well from the turnip market I am still incredibly tight. I guess this reflects in real life how I can be a bit stingy and generally overthink every purchase to the point of purchasing nothing! It was probably the chess set... I mean i haven't the first clue why they decided that should be so insanely expensive. I mean still under 100k but a CHESS SET??! Seriously!

Agree! I could definitely relate to that. Playing other video games carries over that habit of farming equipments (I meant, items) on your own.

I dropped sooo many NMTs on art and stuff before finding TBT forum. I think the most I spent was like 70 NMT for a piece of art in a group online. I recognize now that I got soaked; most of this stuff is being sold for 20-35 NMT/TBT or so right now. The most expensive villager I paid for was Dom for sure. You guys don't even want to know what I shelled out for him (ahem, my soul). Lol!

I'm not sure about the most expensive thing I've ever sold, probably a villager for 25 NMT or so! I don't really sell that many expensive things, just DIYs, fossils, and a few extra items here and there! And usually I let the buyer decide the price.

Forum is great. Stuff that are unobtainable for casual became reasonable.

In NL my first big transaction on here was selling Coco to someone for 20 mil IGB. Now that I'm older I don't feel comfortable selling villagers for high prices anymore, and sold Whitney to someone for around 30 NMT. I then used the 30 NMT to buy Ankha from someone else! My other villagers I just gave away, or adopted from other people for free.

Bulk buy are the best... Less load screen to gather everything.
