TBH, you need a lot of work. They're basically renders on backgrounds, they don't blend at all. You need to learn about focal point, lighting, colour/gradient maps, etc. You don't even use any techniques like smudging, C4D's or vectors, so they're pretty plain.

Look up some good tuts, they'll help you improve.
