More Campsite Questions

So I have a villager in my campsite I really want, but they keep trying to get rid of the one villager I sorta want to keep... I've been entering and exiting many times but it doesn't seem to change the results.. Is it a set villager? Or am I able to change their mind about the villager?

I believe that you're able to get different results if you exit the game after they say which villager, but before it auto-saves. So I would say based on this, that yes, you're stuck with who they want to kick. Someone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!

I think you have to quit the game before they even finish talking the first time, so if you’ve gone in and out of the campsite multiple times it’ll have already autosaved and be too late sadly I wish they’d at least give you a choice of like 3-5 villagers to kick instead of sticking you with one random one like that.

That's weird. When you move one in via Amiibo, you get to pick who to kick.

Happened to me yesterday when Lolly decided to visit and the game chose Reneigh... Any other villager would have been fine. I spent the whole day yesterday trying to figure out if I played enough card games would it change. Sadly, it remained Reneigh. But like SuperiorTech said of you quit the game as soon as a name drops it might reset. Sorry, it sucks!

Let me be more specific: As soon as you hear a villager name that you don't want to leave, hit home, X and then confirm close. If you do it fast enough it might not autosave.
