Hello, everyone! Welcome to Mayor Luna's cycling thread! There are some rules in effect, so please follow them.

1. All villagers are free. Yes, even the popular ones. Tips are appreciated, but not required.
2. If you're lurking for someone, let me know! I'll let you know once they move in.
3. Please don't whine if you miss your villager. The time I allow for someone to claim an unclaimed villager is short, as most of the time, I am trying to cycle a villager out as quickly as possible.
4. Once you get into my town, follow me closely. All oranges and non-hybrid flowers are free for the taking, but you must ask first.
5. I allow around 30 minutes to an hour for someone to claim an unclaimed villager. If the villager is claimed, the person has an hour and a half to pick them up.
6. When I say a villager is in boxes, that means they've packed up and are ready to go.
7. My timezone is CST. I also have a busy schedule, especially on Monday-Friday.
