- All orders will take place in my town by the train station!!!
- Once a transaction is over, I will end the session!!!
- I also clear friend codes out for space. Please don't get mad.
- Any items over 500k for single items will be sold at retail. This is the easiest way to transfer funds.
- Please limit orders to 10 items per day.
- Please allow 1-2 days on small item orders. And larger orders please allow up to 3-4days. I do not Time Travel.
- Ordered items not picked up within 48 hours will be resold!!! This will also start for all pm messages!
I have very limited storage space.
- Please be understanding if I don't check the forums 24/7, I work all day away from home.
- Please don't be rude! Prices that are set are non~negotiable.
- Feel free to pm me if I'm offline

- Please check the front page to see if your order is ready. I'm sometimes forgetful and forget to pm.
- I prefer to exchange instead of selling ... if you have questions or are you something special - just ask ....
- I'm from Germany and am ind the Central European Time Zone.
Thus it would be quite useful really agree with me pick-up dates.
On weekends, this is less of a problem - since I'm more flexible.
