Yes at the balloons. I'm not gonna purchase any right now but I think I'll come back within a few days to get some. 
I think they are adorable and sadly unobtainable for me.
The other day I went out to the nearest big city where I live and walked almost half the city hoping I would get someone on StreetPass, but all I got was 10 play coins and sore feet. Goodbye StreetPass medals.

Aww, that's a shame JSS. I've found conventions and videogame stores the best for steetpassing but even then it's starting to get difficult to get hits for this game. Luckily I have couple of friends that play acnl that I regularly pass. Also if you're lucky and do manage to street pass someone with balloons on display you can reorder them.
