Trading Modern clothes

Hey, I wasn't really sure where to put this but I guess I'll do my best to state my case, here: I've been trying forever to get my T.I.Y. upgraded to a T&T Emporium but Gracie's making it impossible. I got New Leaf at launch and Gracie showed up at the earliest possible time but the requests she's made in terms of clothing theme have been impossible to fulfill: I've been asked to dress ornate twice (I've only just recently acquired the King's beard, royal shorts and crown) and modern THREE TIMES, which style full of clothing that isn't in my catalogue or that I need HER STORE TO GET.

I only need one more pass to finally get this store and she'll only be in my town another couple hours: can anyone help me out here? I don't even really need to have the clothes so much as borrow them but if we need to make this official I can probably give you something!

I recommend wearing accessories. If you have any cute, iconic, gorgeous, or historical accessories, it should pass (she'll give you multiple tries if it doesn't).
