Missing NPCs

So, I would say within the past 2 weeks. I haven't been able to find Daisy Mae to buy my weekly turnips. I look everywhere for her, but to no avail. Also, Wisp was once showing up just about every night when I started the game. Now, I haven't seen him for about a week Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions? I would like to avoid TT'ing if possible.

Daisy Mae leaves after 12pm. Perhaps you're looking for her after that time?

Daisy Mae appears every Sunday (guaranteed) before 12PM, and Wisp appearance is tied to RNG. I think for Wisp, you're having bad luck unfortunately

I look for Daisy Mae starting around 9, so time shouldn't be the problem. There's not a way for her to climb to higher tiers yet either.

She can and will teleport to higher elevations.

I believe NPCs and villagers can spawn in areas of the map that are seemingly inaccessible.

Yes, all NPCs and your own villagers can randomly spawn on higher elevations even without inclines.
