Missing Items??

In the midst of a few trades, I somehow misplaced my black wetsuit!
I'm not really sure how but it basically just vanished into thin air...
The thing is, I don't even remember dropping it on the floor at all. I made sure to keep it in my locker because I know it's something I didn't want to lose it (since I had to play all those Island games to get it @_@), but somehow, it's the only thing missing!
I feel like it was because things kept shuffling in and out of my locker so it could have been misplaced, but I'm not sure where! I even checked on my alternate characters too but it's not anywhere... :\

Anyone have any ideas? Is there any kind of glitch that makes items disappear? And does anyone know how early/often things will pop up in the Lost and Found?

It's kind of an urgent issue for me right now because Zipper is in my town today for Bunny Day and the Diving Egg is the last one I need... and I need to sleep soon ;_;

i did a quick google search and the most i got was that it's not unheard of? like it's happened to a some people, but nobody's really offered a solution (if there is one) ; v ; so it's probably a glitch. also, if you still need a black wetsuit, i can give you one for free!

;_; I'm so depressed... How could it just disappear on me like that!!
I guess I'll give up my hopes on getting it back then :\

And if possible, I'd just like to borrow yours >< I can give it back after I get the eggs! And I can get you a basket of eggs if it's going to be Bunny Day in your town in a few days too!

nah, it's cool! you can have it since i have a lot of spares c: (also skipped bunny day because i'm cycling atm T_T) but really, it's fine!

and i still have you on my fc list, so if you've deleted, just add me back again and i can drop the wetsuit off real quick. i'm about to head to bed |D

Any chance Zipper T. Bunny plopped his yellow bunny butt right on top of it? If you dropped it on your town plaza, that's what could have happened, and in that case I believe it should show up in the Lost and Found tomorrow.

But if I were you, I'd check just one more time if it isn't in your lockers, after all. Sometimes we just overlook things!

Hope you managed to solve this issue in time. If you still need a wetsuit I can lend you mine.
