Hey guys, I got into some trouble while playing the game and I want to see if someone had maybe had similar issue, or I am just dumb or whatever. I got to the point in the game when Nook gives you three housing kits to place on your island. I built two of them and said to myself I am gonna do the last one some other time, since I couldn't decide where to put it.
I turned the game off and came back couple days later, playing for a bit and found a good spot where a new house could fit well. However, when I checked my inventory, the last housing kit wasn't there. I checked the house storage, the ground, talked with Nook, but it's nowhere to be found and I apparently can't progress the game without building the three houses.
Has anyone had a similar issue before? Is there some obvious thing I am missing? Please tell me, I don't want to restart my island.
