Sorry for the cycling absence. I picked up several of my dreamies from my friends who were kind enough to hold/reserve them for me over the last few days. Because I plan on keeping them, I wanted their move-in dates to be accurate. :3

I will attempt to cycle today, but it WILL be on the slow side since Arcadia is my 2nd main town. That and I still working on getting my approval rating up so I can build the campsite.

hmm normally when I'm at 9 it takes a bit of time before someone moves in so you'd be safe I'd say. However I'd stay away from going to peoples towns/letting them go in your town just to avoid the wifi pool in general.
