Migrate Wild World town

My Wild World cartridge is broken (the screen freezes or it can’t be read sometimes, happened 3 times so far), which means I constantly have to save. Is it possible to migrate my Wild World town from one cartridge to another?

im gonna assume it is your ds, unless it is the game than i think you will have to get a new game. you should research if migrating is possible but i highly doubt it.

EDIT: I looked into it a little more and I think it is possible see below.
