Right now, I think Leopold is my fav hated villager. And tbf, a lot of smug villagers are getting lots of hate bc you are forced to invite them

Olive is the best villager and no one can convince me otherwise. I kind of like having a favorite that isn't popular, though. I do like some of the popular characters, but I like seeing islands with more variety.

Olive is adorable!!!! And so is Peggy, I had her in my City Folk town and she's one of the best pig villagers imo!

Personally my all-time favorite villager is Leopold! I don't hear people talk about him very much so he seems to be pretty underrated to me.

I really liked having Biff in my New Leaf town, because I made his catchphrase be"McFly," which amused me quite a bit. XD

Huck the smug frog is one of my personal favorite Animal Crossing villagers! I haven't really met anybody else that has much of an opinion on him, but he was the villager I had the closest bond with back in my GameCube town and I just always had a soft spot for him! I was extremely pumped when I heard he was returning in the Welcome Amiibo update for New Leaf that I had to buy his card when it came out!

My dreamies are from all different popularity tiers. For example, Boone is my favorite jock villager, yet people seem to not be fond of the gorillas at all.

I'm talking about Peggy.
I never had her in any previous game but I've got her amiibo card and thought she was kind of cute so I decided to invite her to my campsite just to see what DIY I could get and what she'd look like.
And I dunno... I just immediately fell in love.
I wanted Merry to be my permanent peppy villager but I'm not sure anymore.
Also, I kind of wonder why Peggy is not more popular in the first place...

The good news is you have her card. Did you have Merry's card too? If so, no reason why you can't kick it with Peg a few months and rotate in Merry a few..so on. At least that's kinda my thought since I have all amiibos of my favorites.

Yea, I have plenty of not so popular favorites. Town space is just hard but a second town makes that semi easier. Even still, I probably have 90 cards so...the struggle is real.

Eugene is my ultimate dreamie and my favorite villager in the game, and I'm pretty sure he's super unpopular! But I also have some more popular dreamies (cough Raymond cough) so there's definitely a range of taste for me.

i love hazel, she's now one of my ten permanent villagers. i had gala back in new leaf as a starting villager and i've come to like her. same with plucky and axel, my starters in new horizons
i think willow and wendy (both sheeps) are pretty cute despite being low tier

Wendy! She was one of my starting villagers and while I meant to eventually kick her out, the more I talked to her, the more I couldn't because she's so sweet. So now she has a permanent home!

Hazel’s my favorite villager! She threw a birthday party for me in new leaf when I first got it, and I’ve been a staunch defender of her ever since. She used to get a lot less love, but she’s middle of the road now!
