To my knowledge German codes are only usable for that region. That, or Europe as a whole. Other countries will not be able to use them. You could, however, use the code yourself on an extra card/digital copy provided you have one and trade the Mew to the winner.

A German code works with any European copy of 6th gen Pokemon game.
