Wow, the site, albeit very empty looks and sounds lovely!

The voice you hear when the site is loading is Samus' (I presume) and she is saying "That Dream -- it was like watching a playback of a tragedy that actually occurred.".

The game is also confirmed to release in Japan sometime this Summer, more information is expected soon.
