Meteor Shower but no Celeste

I have a meteor shower in my town right now but I haven't seen Celeste, does anybody know anything about this?

It actually happens.

Meteor Showers can happen without Celeste, and Celeste can be present but there will be no meteor showers. The latter happened to me two days ago.

I suggest start wishing and get those star fragments. You can just get the recipe for a wand from her later on.

I wish I had a meteor shower right now. But it's been constantly raining since yesterday... :/
