I think it's a really cool game, although the presentation could be better. People say it's short--well, it IS technically, but it will be a long while until the player would be finished with it, due to its high difficulty and 100 hostages and cards apiece to collect.

you go around shooting things. it's a sidescroller. I've played the one for xbox but not GBA.
