Actually it probably is if you have two ds's, you could visit your cycle town with Lotus, and see if they move in, however as its a cycle town you could get another villager instead... .

Yeah and that's risky...I lost a dream villager and now a villager I need out is in boxes So I have one day until I get a random move in or a voided villager from someone :/

The worst part is that I won Zucker too so I feel awful that I lost him.
