It's not a screamer. It's just a variation of a Swedish commercial encouraging people to pay their broadcasting bills, where instead of showing a picture of the company's logo it is replaced by whatever image you choose. In this case, Mega uploaded a picture of himself to replace it. You seem to be the type of person who would use the living crap out of this sort of thing after seeing your Youtube channel.

So anyways, there is nothing to be afraid of.
