not sure how to report, but sorry you got scammed. )':

i got a warning the last time i did it, so i didn't comment, but you can also leave them a negative wifi rating for now until you figure out how to report.

EDIT: also, if this happens to anyone in the future, the minute anything shady happens like a save or end session when buying a villager, do not let it save - turn off your wifi switch by flipping it on the side. this way, data is not saved & they can't scam you.
