Making it this much might drive people away cos I know people want like 29 million bells for tier one but at least give people a chance if their not bellionares ;u;

Ehh I'd still start it lower- it's easier to attract a lotta people to duke it out and drive up the price then to make the starting bid exactly how much you want for him- he's worth 10 mil, sure, but starting there makes it not-an-auction, ya feel?
If I were you, put the buyout above what you want, the starting bid at 1 mil, and min increments of 500k-1 mil. The price will drive up to 10 mil if people are interested, but you've gotta get em interested first!
