Also I want to get a picture of my Mayor catching him sleeping on a marshmallow chair and for him to never, EVER leave.

Why I would love to have him: he is pretty adorable looking, in fact one of the nicest looking villagers in my opinion. I've met him in dream towns and think he is great.
Dreamie: Yes, although in all honestly I only have three top Dreamies based on sentimental reasons. I ultimately want one of each personality, with two extra normals, and he is 100% the smug character I want. If I got him, he would never be allowed to leave, so he would be a keeper. I guess that does classify as a Dreamie!
