My personal favorite is Kyle.
But I find Marshal disgusting and ugly.
Julian's pretty gorgeous. I like both him and Kyle in my town.

I simply do not understand the appeal of Marshal. But I love Julian（人?∀`*）I mean, he's a fabulous, sparkly unicorn! Plus I have a headcanon for him and Ed that includes a love of crazy eyeshadow.

What the demand for Julian is makes no sense to me. Other than having a villager with a unique look, that type uses same language and mannerisms as all the others. I enjoy working in Brewsters. There are super cute villagers not on the top tier list and should be.

Same goes for Marshal. If you can get one great, but I wouldn't pass up other opportunities just to get either of those two.

Pick another smug. While Marshal is cute, at this point, it's now getting to the point where it's ridiculous. If I were you I wouldn't get caught up in that hype. Julian is too hard to get. Best option: Eugene.

The tiers don't matter. It just depends on what you like.
If you ask me Eugene's pretty cool too. Don't see why he's not popular. He reminds me of Elvis the singer.

I couldn't understand the obsession for Marshal if I tried.

To be fair, I've never seen him ingame. Only pictures.

I vastly prefer Julian, and he's who I'm plot resetting for right now in my third town =_=;; I wish his eyes were open, but eh. Just a minor complaint, really. Colton is another favorite of mine, as well as Curlos and Lopez. :>

These are the only smugs in my town... I'd reeaally rather stick with one of them than actually find a new one. plus, Eugene and lopez just moved out of my main town >.<

Marshal! I adore him! He is even cuter in game. Julian is meh... I like that he is a unicorn but he still looks boring, and the fact his eyes are always closed is odd.
