He is not in boxes (yet, but I'm currently cycling). Depending how on how long he takes, his house should be 100% original (he might change his shirt though). I'll post when he's in boxes.

Minimum increase: 500k
Buyout: 15mil
End: Tonight or Tomorrow (will let you know!) or buyout !

You'll have to come to my main town (a separate DS so different FC) to do re-tail method to pay for him and then go to my cycle town to pick him up. If you need proof that I have him before giving bells, that's fine! I also like DLCs (I have sloppy set, ABD from 7/11 set, astronomical set, campus set already!) or any baking goods items but not necessary at all!
