Felyne sprite??

I’m making my all rabbit New Leaf town into an all cat New Leaf town which means my signature wouldn’t be up to date.
I’m adding Felyne in my town but he doesn’t have a sprite for his character, does anyone have one or better yet know how to make one?
I want to show him off :3
