How active are you on your second town? I don't really mind giving him to you, but if you don't really play it I would rather him go to someone who is more active on their town and who really likes him. Not trying to seem crude. ;w;

I actually just started it over because I've been wanting to work on a new town x3 so I play fairly a lot. but if there's someone else who has him as a dreamie and is able to get him, they can have him of course!

Would you guys like to wait for someone else to see if they would like him, or is he considered a dreamie to you two? Because if that's the case Souji can just have him, or if Souji doesn't want him Heyden can get'm.
