Despite mentioning, in the opening post, that I would nominate five submissions the above-listed seven (which is two more than five) is not difficult to manage. (I was expecting there to be more. So, I'm not complaining.)

All listed forum members are eligible and will be considered.

Perhaps tonight, as well as during Thursday [04.24.2014], I will visit each member's Dream Address either as my Applewin Mayor Jill or as my Progress Mayor Cameron. When Luna awakens me, I'll leave a positive response.

I have been to all Dream Addresses. And I'm currently considering a decision. But, sooner than I was expecting, I will be able to post the winner Thursday [04.24.2014] afternoon (Eastern Standard Time).

Also: I received a Private Message from Puffifish, who was able to get Marshal from a different source. So, this comes down to six forum members.
