Rules:

• If you're paying with bells, the transaction will be done via Retail. There's an ABD in the house next to Retail you can use.
• I'll lead you to Retail first. We can do full payment upfront or 50% before/50% after pick-up if you scoff at my wi-fi ratings. Your choice, let me know.
• Make sure you have room in your town before bidding. Preferably 9 villagers, to prevent possible void shenanigans.
