Is Phoebe still available? I'd love to have her, I've been looking for her for a while! 
I'm new to this forum and haven't heard of dreamie proof, so is that like proof that you want to keep the villager forever and you won't resell them? If yes, then dreamie proof- I ordered a signature a few days ago (not completed yet, but here's a link to my post on the signature shop thread) and requested Phoebe to be on it.

Yep, that definitely counts as dreamie proof! I saw the post. So far, you're the only one who has any proof that you've been looking for her, so I'm heavily considering you.

Phoebe lived already once in my town, that time she wasn't a dreamie (and I didn't set any of my final dreamies) but I saw her in the plaza and she was looking such cute and epic on the picture that I really wanted to adopt her. While she was living in my town I liked her each day more than the day before, after like 2 or 3 months she was one of my favorite villagers. Well then I started cycling and TTed her accidently in boxes during the 16 villager cycle for Fang. She was held by a member who became inactive lately w.w

Yeah, it isn't too late! Oh, wow, I'm sorry that you lost her. I'm guessing you already cycled 16 for Phoebe?
Do you have any links to the post where you tried to get someone to hold her for you?

I finished the 16 villager cycle already long time ago ... I think the member who olds her has written in his/her signature that he/she is holding Phoebe for me

Ahh! This was a tough choice for me. Both of you seem like you'd give Phoebe a great home...but I've chosen Marlene, since she has proven that she's been wanting Phoebe for a long time. Good luck finding Phoebe in the future, Twinrova! I'll try to help you find her, as well.
