Mario Party 9

You know... You can't take a series of games and milk them forever. Someday, the Mario Party franchise is going to die, I mean, run out of ideas, and Nintendo will have to stop producing the game. I mean, there can only be so many ways to produce a few games in the series, and then, it just gets generic.

Personally I think they ran out of ideas long ago and they just haven't realized it. They're pumping the same crap out over and over again to keep a bunch of five year olds happy.

Well, nothing has been announced but I sure do hope they make another Mario Party game.

Personally after playing all the GCN ones, I agree with Koehler that 6 is the best. It was the biggest step up from the others having new boards that weren't just catch the star somewhere, they only had 2 normal ones there. The night/day was good too. 7 I hate. 8 is 'okay'.

I really want the N64 MPs to hit the VC.

I still have a working N64 so I play MP every now and then. It really is a great game. I would love them to remake that game (no added on abilities) using the Wii's unique controls.

Actually, the more I play the DS one, the more I realize that it's the best one ever since the N64 ones...
