Auction Marina has moved into my cycle Town ~ HB: Buyout

actually 20 mil isnt that high to be honest, of course. I do not have that bells but I find it realistic

It's not realistic at all. For a villager that would be voided if forums like this didn't exist? It's unnecessary of people to demand such high prices for things like that. Think about it realistically. Especially if people didn't use the exploit to dupe items and money.

I know an insane amount of people that just have hundreds of millions of bells because they duped their money and sold their duped items for extremely high prices.

I also hate it when people bid/buyout when they have no dreamie proof, just to sell the villager again. Ridiculous.

I SAID BUYOUT, SHE IS MY DREAMY! Updated Post.jpg

My bestest friend wants Marina so thats why I bid, she got a villager I want so. 6.5 mil

Oh shot, didnt see that comming. See it is possible buying her with these bells

It's possible for people that, again, sell their duped items for insane prices. Or just dupe their money. But it's cool. It just completely ruins the economy of the game entirely though.

The one that started the thread hasn't refreshed yet, Calm down. We see that you bought her.

She does not even dupe!

Forgive me for barging in but there are other groups and places that perform almost in the same way as TBT. People can easily join there and give her/sell her away as an alternative to voiding her. And if it was such an unnecessarily "high" as a buyout, if you dupe, you could afford that allowed enough time. You may not see it in a positive light, but duping can help people get dreamies or items, or hybrids or whatever they wish with these duped goods. If they "didn't" dupe, but have a lot of money would some think that all that cash was made through making use of the glitch? Not all money is "duped" even if it is a low or high amount.
I've made quite a fair share of my cash with the turnip market, that can rack up a lot of bells quickly, especially if you have two copies of the game. In the end, whether it is made legitimately or not, bells are still bells. Bells can get you a lot of stuff and you can't "prove" that their money was made through such a method like duping.
You're stating the truth, but no one can stop the duping and even though it ruins the economy, it can also allow people to obtain things they can't get normally (like dlc from another region) or just buy stuff to fill their catalogue. You seem a little passive-aggressive about the whole situation of "duping" but while it might not be the best way to make currency, it's not prohibited.
Edit: Please don't flame me, just my opinion on the matter ^^

This is virtual money you're on about, not an actual economy love.

You just waited the energy of your finger muscles typing the below percentage of things that

a) 1% we know about

b) 100% we don't care about.

c) 99% we know aren't true
