Reservation Policy I have decided to stop reservations as a policy, but will honor lurking requests for current villagers due to the fact I think my BTB prices were too high after seeing how valuable they are on the board.
Lurking Policy All potential and current villagers are eligible for lurking request. However, while you will recieve advance early notification via PM on their [New] or [Boxes] days, I cannot provide a guaranteed reservation. This is a measure for fairness and maintain a high cycling speed.
Pricing Policy [T1] and [T2]
20 BTB or 1,000,000 Bells.
[T3] and [T4]
10 BTB or 500,000 Bells
[T5]
Free of Charge
I reserve the right to decide to auction villagers during times when I am very low on Bells and am looking for extra income. All Lurkers will, however, be notified of [Boxes] status and offered the reduced price before sending said villager to auction.
Dreamie Policy All villagers marked with [Dreamie] are my personal dreamies. They will be held for my main town if in boxes. I will post an alert if I am temporarily stopping cycling to hold one of my dreamies.
