Maple Vs. Pekoe

Normal is my favorite personality and these 2 are 2 of my favorite cubs. However, Maple is my favorite villager ever now. Pekoe is equally as awesome, though. I vote Maple, but I am curious to see what others say.

I like Pekoe's design more. I just don't care for the villagers with only black eyes. It seems hollow.

Yeah she is. I think I love her because of her design and she's designed just like the teddy bear I've had since I was born (white area around the mouth, big black eyes, brown fur).

Ugh this is a tough one for me. I love them both equally and they are both so adorable. But I would have to pick Maple just cause I have so many memories of her in the gamecube version :c

Pekoe for me. I typically don't like villagers that try to hard to be cute i.e. Peanut, Cookie, Chrissy

I only have Chrissy because I wanted both jellybean twins lol

Maple for me I am biased of course but pekoe never appealed to me sadly. I am not sure why....I just really love maples design, natural colouring, etc. Just fits with my town and she is adorable

I vote Pekoe! I don't even need to think about it haha, Pekoe was one of my first residents in city folk and one of my first favourites so I loved her since then. What she's themed after is also very interesting, and her designs just very well executed. She's undeniably cute. With Maple, I never really took to her and she's cute, but I think I prefer a lot of the other bear cubs over her. She doesn't stand out all that much for me, and although animal crossing isn't all about that I have more history with Pekoe so for that reason I choose her. I also think the normal personality suits them both very well, but Pekoe especially. I can just imagine her to be such a calming villager. Might be a little biased though, since she's the only normal I actually really like. I don't like having too many normals in town as they aren't my favourite personality but I think there's only a handful of normals that I like other than Pekoe.
