What are the exact criteria for all the mannequins?

Befriend Sable. Spend a certain amount at Ables, spend a certain amount at the Accessory Corner, Get Gracie's.
4 mannequins total.

I think you just need to befriend Sable and unlock the QR machine. After a little bit, she offers you one.

Sable is refusing to give me one. I've been talking to her everyday for 3 weeks. I have the QR machine.....

I finally got my Sable mannequin today. If you keep talking to her every day (I always chose "I'm good for now" when given the choice of using the machine) she will eventually "remember" that she wanted to give you the mannequin.

Thanks you guys! After I got the machine, she seemed to be repeating the same couple dialogue sets over and over. I thought that was it. I guess in life and animal crossing, persistence is key. ^u^
